Booking Terms & Conditions – Pin Design Service

1. Booking & Payment

A deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Your session is not confirmed until payment has been received.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable. You may reschedule once at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice.

3. No-Shows

Missed appointments without prior notice are non-refundable and will forfeit the session fee.

4. Revisions

Each booking includes up to [3] rounds of revisions. Additional revisions beyond this are available at an added fee.

5. Turnaround Time

Digital proofs will be delivered within [5] business days following your consultation. Final files are sent upon approval of the proof.

6. Ownership & Usage

Upon final payment, you receive full rights to your custom pin design. Atraluxe reserves the right to showcase the design in our portfolio unless otherwise requested in writing.

7. Design Approval

Once the final design is approved by the client, no further changes can be made. Atraluxe is not responsible for errors approved by the client.
