Cleopatra ft Atraluxe Transparent Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Cleopatra ft Atraluxe.

Unlike traditional stores, we custom-create your items upon your order. To ensure you get the best quality, we partner with specialized manufacturing labs across North America (and Europe) to fulfill different product categories:

Hair Extensions

Because these items are made-to-order, they will ship separately and arrive at different times.

1. How We Calculate Delivery Times

Your total delivery time has two parts:

  • Part 1: Fulfillment (Processing) Time: The time it takes to custom-create your item (i.e., printing your shirt).
  • Part 2: Transit (Shipping) Time: The time the carrier (USPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.) takes to deliver the package.

 

Total Delivery Time = Fulfillment Time + Transit Time

2. Fulfillment (Processing) Estimates (Business Days)

Please note these are estimates and do not include weekends or holidays:

  • Apparel & Printed Goods : 2–7 business days.
  • Hair Extensions : 3–7 business days.

Important: You can expect your order to be fulfilled within 5–7 business days, at which point you'll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking details. Thank you for choosing Atraluxe — we can't wait for you to experience it. 🖤 

3. Multiple Packages and Tracking Numbers

Multi-item orders of different types will almost always arrive in multiple packages.

  • Each separate package will have its own tracking number.
  • You will receive separate shipment confirmation emails with tracking information as each part of your order leaves its manufacturing lab.

We use various carriers depending on the item's origin and destination. These estimates begin once the carrier receives the package from our partner:

5. International Shipping, Customs, and Duties

We are proud to offer worldwide shipping.

  • Tracking: International tracking is often less detailed and may not update daily after the package leaves United States of America. This is normal.
  • Fees: Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other fees levied by your country. Cleopatra ft Atraluxe is NOT responsible for these charges. These fees are your responsibility and must be paid to your local customs office or carrier before delivery.
